On February 25th, 2009, a Turkish Airlines Boeing 737-800 fell out of the sky while on final approach to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands, killing nine on board, and injuring scores more. How could such a modern passenger aircraft crash in this way, and why was Boeing accused of trying to suppress the findings? This video recreates the series of events leading up to the accident, and explores the multiple causes of the crash.
