We're diving into the subject of therapy and how to interact with your therapist. In this video I'm talking through the 4 things NOT to say to your therapist, or 4 things you should never tell your therapist. So if you're a therapy beginner, or if you've been going to therapy for a while and not sure what to talk to your therapist about, I'll try to answer some of those questions in this video, as well. This is a good therapy for beginners video, but also a good therapy for experienced clients video! So don't get caught into telling your therapist these things, because these are things you should never tell your therapist or things not to say in therapy.
