In this video, we continue our study of the absorption process using Aspen HYSYS. The objective is to determine the required liquid flow rate that achieves the desired SO₂ concentration in the gas outlet, while keeping the number of trays fixed. To accomplish this, we use the Adjust Tool in Aspen HYSYS to automatically vary the liquid flow rate until the target SO₂ concentration is reached.
