Dinghy Cruising Association Border Reiver Meet 2016.

This is a short video account of the Border Reiver Meet of the Dinghy Cruising Association. It took place at Kielder Water and Loch Lomond. The music is from a variety of youtube sources. There is some brilliant Northumbrian pipe music in the Kielder section: Our Kate by Mike Smith and The Lads of Alnwick by Kathryn Tickell. I have sampled Oran by Capercailie (breathtaking), the instrumental section of Follow the Heron by the excellent Cathie Ryan and an extract from a superb version of Craggie Hills by Calad Nua. I don't own this music and include it here in the hope that it will be more widely listened to. In a similar spirit I am happy for any of the visual track of this film to be used by other youtube users for their own purposes.
