In this video I will be making Ayr Mas Bhuna. Leave a like and a comment with any questions or suggestions you may have. INGREDIENTS • 50ml oil • 400g ayr fish • 1 1/2tsp salt • 1tsp turmeric • 1 sliced medium onion • 1tsp crushed garlic • 1tbsp onion and garlic paste • Onion & Garlic Paste | Aysha's Food Diary • 1tsp coriander powder • 1/2tsp cumin powder • 1/2tsp chilli powder • 2tbsp tomato puree • 150ml water • 2 finger chillies • 3tbsp fresh chopped coriander METHOD • Marinate the fish with 1/2tsp turmeric and 1/2tsp salt for 30 minutes. • Fry the fish in oil for 3 minutes, turn them over halfway. • Remove the fish from the pan and add the sliced onion and fry for 3 minutes. • Add the crushed garlic and cook for 2 minutes. • Add the onion and garlic paste, a little water, the salt, powder spices and tomato puree then cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. • Add 100ml water and the fried fish and finger chillies and cook for 2 minutes. • Add the fresh coriander and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. ✓ I N S T A G R A M / ayshasfooddiary Hi I'm Aysha, thank you for watching.
