In the games you get tasked to hunt monsters and fight dragons. You start by hunting weak creatures and you work your way up to fight huge dragons and monsters. Every time you hunt something you can create armor and weapons of that monster, many monster use elements/ailments and if you make a weapon of that monster, it will have that element/ailment. What is a Rathalos?: Rathalos is the mascot of the Monster Hunter series.
