Her we have a beast of a Lodal running up in the San Francisco Hills on a Tuesday. One I saw this truck I knew that it had to be filmed since Golden Gate or Sunset Scavenger don’t really run them anymore, especially considering the fact that their buying new Bridgeport MSL’s left and right replacing them. Just like I thought, this truck sounding awesome winding up the hills of SF, and one of their Lodals will always be a classic to me. I went to San Francisco hoping to find a couple Lodals running about, and that’s just what I found. I’m super glad they at least still run some of them, as they made up my, and many others childhood. I’m not sure when, but years ago probably around 2017, they switched from collecting garbage and recycling together, to collecting garbage a compost together. But anyways, I definitely want to say thank you to the awesome driver for letting me follow him along his route in the morning.
