I’m Owen Pedz and this is my journey to Ironman Swansea 70.3 2025. Follow the highs and lows of training for my first ever Ironman 70.3 with zero experience in swimming, cycling and running. It was an absolutely unbelievable experience and I’m so happy to finally show you all how the last 6 weeks before race day went for me. I want to say a huge thanks to Dan Rees for making all of this documentary happen, without him, this would just be a distant memory but now is immortalised on video and I am forever thankful! I would also like to thank Andrew Curtis, Calum Welch, Sam Taylor and Tom Goodgame for helping with shooting, directing and music for this documentary and wouldn’t be the same without you lads! Also would like to thank Evan Davies and John Lewis for coaching and assisting me through a weird and wonderful time in my life and can’t thank you guys anymore!
