EAGLE 606 General all-position hardfacing electrode that was developed for hardfacing overlays on crusher rolls, shovel teeth, bucket teeth, mixer paddles, scrapers, feeder screws, mixer chutes, fan blades, and mill hammers. With AC or DC reverse [+] polarity, use the grinding method or remove fatigued metal using Eagle 188. Use the lowest effective amperage while maintaining a medium arc length, making either stringer beads or weave beads. EAGLE 606 is a high-quality, economical, all-position, general hard-surfacing electrode for use on applications subject to high impact and moderate abrasion.
