Downtown Toontown: New Make-A-Toon!

It's not totally done yet (about 85% - 90% finished) so there's plenty of tweaking/minor additions to make. If you couldn't tell, I took heavy inspiration from Project Anvil's Make-A-Toon which you can find on YouTube as well. Everything you see here (except for some models, which I ported from the Toontown 2.0 Prototype/Toontown Online has been created by me, including the programming, models, textures and animations, hence the reduced quality of some assets featured in this video.
