It was this forward-looking approach that led to the establishment of Foundation for Advancement of Science & Technology (FAST) as an institutional framework designed not merely for the present, but for the future. The structures and ideals he helped shape gradually evolved and, in due course, gave birth to the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES) NUCES stands today as a manifestation of that early vision—one rooted in long-term national interest, academic excellence, and institutional continuity.
