Originally the recipe calls for lard, but I wanted to make things easy and accessible to everyone, vegetarian and vegan included. Just use simple ingredients like all-purpose flour, oil, water, and salt. It's going to be ready in half-hour and It can be cooked (preferably) in a cast iron pan. Piadina can be stuffed and folded or rolled to create awesome sandwiches. I'm still amazed how this bread swells and bubbles without the use of yeast! Let's make some together.
