Clam is one such shellfish found in saltwater and freshwater . "My Village Food " is introducing a delicious Clam meat fry for its viewers. Many of us have been engaged in cookery experiments during this lock down. Those who are fond of clams must try this recipe at home for sure. In this video "My village food" shares the recipe of freshwater clam meat fry. Wsh it clean by adding salt to it. After cleaning, drain the excess water. Next cook the clam meat with salt and turmeric powder. Once cooked keep this vessel aside and place another vessel on flame to fry the clam meat. Add some oil to the vessel. Add onion and saute it well. Then add clove seeds to it. Add dry red chillies and then add coconut slices to it. Next add ginger and garlic to this.Add some green chillies and 250 g onion to it. Once the ingredients turn golden brown, add chilli powder,meat masala to this and saute it. Now add some oil and keep it aside. Now add oil and fry the clam meat.
