COQUITO RECIPE: THE BEST RECIPE WITH THE SPICE TEA|WITHOUT EGGS

This is my sister's authentic, Puerto Rican Coquito Recipe! I know this is coming a little later than desired but it is never too late to learn or make coquito. ;) My dairy free coquito recipe is on my Instagram. Follow me on Instagram and Tiktok for daily content.   / rebecahuffman     / rebecahuffman   Ingredients: For the tea -1 cup of water -2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon + 1 cinnamon stick -1 tsp Ground Nutmeg -2 stars of Anise -3 inches of Ginger, sliced as shown in video For the blender mixture: -1 can of condensed milk -1 can of evaporated milk -2 cans of coconut milk -1 can of cream of coconut (we love Coco Lopez brand) -1 tbsp of vanilla almond extract (or just do half a tablespoon each of vanilla and almond extracts) -1/2 cup of the tea you've made and cooled -1 cup (or more! I like mine stronger but this is my sister's recipe so... yeah) Instructions -Make the tea by simmering on low medium to medium heat the water and tea ingredients listed above for 20 minutes. Set aside and let it cool off completely (up to an hour). -Take the blender ingredients listed above and blend in the blender. -Place in a serving container that pours and chill in fridge. -Enjoy!
