Beef: This original version of this folded turnover is packed with plenty of beef along with homemade seasonings. Bacon Cheeseburger: If you want to supplement toppings to the beef empanada, the bacon cheeseburger is a must try. It’s practically identical to the classic sandwich. Ham and cheese: The savory ham combined with the gooey cheese will blow your tastebuds away Shredded Chicken: The seasoned chicken has a slight kick and you won’t be disappointed. Pepperoni Pizza: If you want a variation of a classic pepperoni pizza pie, you’ve found it! If you are a vegetarian or simply need a break from all this protein, here are a few meatless empanadas to explore. Four Cheese: It’s time to get the best of many worlds with mozzarella, cheddar, colby jack and pepper jack. Spinach and Cream Cheese: Here’s a fair share of greens!
