Knowledge Work - Using Folders to Manage Agents

hey all, sharing a follow-up video. We'd love to know what you think if this is helpful explaining how I think about using Claude code to complete agentic workflows. By agentic here what I mean is just that Claude code is an agent. It can work independent of specific instructions for extended periods of time to achieve complex tasks. It can go find information that it needs, whether that's files on your computer or searching the web. It can use other tools like commands on your computer to write code or create files for itself so Claude code is an agent. The way I manage it is by managing a folder structure with documentation and the workflow is reflected in that structure. This video is a little explanation of how to do that and I do this whether I'm making an app with Claude or managing a workflow at work that I want Claude to execute for me.
