Here we showcase a presentation setup of TBC (tea bag cut) processing line that takes the herbal material and reduces it in size to a specific dimension range. Usually, 0.5 - 1,6 mm is required, but other sizes can also be achieved. Different dosing options are available - from bales, bulk, with buffer and feeder combination, etc. As for the final product, sieve separates different fractions ensuring the product meets required standard. Design and combination of our cutter RB-400, mill MB-100 or HM series and planetary sieve RS ensures minimal dust and precise results. Neodimium magnets catch metal particles ensuring clean product and protection of the mill. Not shown here - a filtration system with dry bag pulse jet filter collects the dust from locations where it is created preventing floating particles ensuring safe working environment.
