I raced the sun across Bangkok. From sunrise to sunset, I attempted to walk the entire width of the city in one day — just pure pavement, parks, canalside slums, heat, chaos… and a few beers near the end 🍺 The challenge: ➡️ Start at sunrise ➡️ Walk nonstop across Bangkok ➡️ Beat the sunset to the finish line In total, I covered 48km in over 11 hours, battling humidity, fatigue, mental lows, and the slow realisation that my legs and feet had absolutely had enough. With the sun dropping, the rain pouring down and the clock against me, I still crossed the finish line with just 15 minutes to spare. And yes… the last 15km involved beers, which definitely didn’t make things easier. This is one of the toughest Mooch Man JB challenges yet — part endurance test, part mental breakdown, part Bangkok street-level adventure. If you like long-distance walking challenges, urban exploration, or seeing how far someone can push themselves in Southeast Asian heat… this one’s for you. 👇 Let me know in the comments: Could you walk across Bangkok in one day?
