I fell in love with the live in LA recordings where he did the best rendition of this song, in my personal opinion. This song is a steep learning curve for me. Tempo control, finger picking and tapping techniques, vocal coordination. Yes I have a way to go to emulate it even remotely as clean and naturally as John but it is the journey and pushing the possibilities that makes it fun. As is my way, I learn and post a new song usually the same afternoon. This song took a few days before I could record it fully. Now have a placeholder to look back on as I continue to refine my craft and play this song more regularly
