Napalm Grenades is an augment mod for the Penta series of weapons that completely reworks the weapon into a fire grenade launcher, launching double damage fire charges into enemies and setting them on fire. It also has a hidden 100 damage affect which is how the explosions always set enemies on fire, and is affected by damage mods only (this heat damage will never change from heat). I don't own the normal Penta, but it can be noted the normal penta has even more damage than the Secura, while lacking some crits. With this mod, it might be safe to say both would be more equal to each other, at least in terms of just the explosion damage.
