Welcome to this nature's sound bath, where I'll be taking you through a deep resonance of sound vibrations that will take you to the next level on your healing journey, using a unique set of full moon tibetan bowls that have been hand made & crafted in Nepal. Each bowl vibrates at specific frequencies designed to re-align each & every one of your vital power sourced energy centres, from your root chakra & all the way upto your crown, unlocking you to the fullest of potential. These sounds will assist you with physical & emotional pains, traumas, or anything that might be stored up within your being that is not aligning with you or your highest good. As you listen to the humming of each bowl, you will begin to notice how your being will shift out of lower vibrations & into higher vibrational frequencies. These sounds can also be used for sleep, so if you're struggling with insomnia, this sound bath will be most beneficial to your situation.
