The Stevenage Lytton Players were the first ever theatre group to perform within "Ray's Orange Box" - the nickname given to The Gordon Craig Theatre when it opened. Its architect, Ray Gorbing, had chosen to clad the building in bright orange panels. Within the theatre's walls, performances by The Lytton Players continue to entertain audiences to this day. In this video we hear stories from some of those who trod the boards of the theatre in the very early days of its existence.
