I have taught over 100+ topics relating to Behavioural and Business Psychology for over 15+ years and ran a successful therapy clinic. STOP WAITING - START DOING! I had so many people on a waiting lists to undertake my Business/Mindset/Therapy Coaching but I stopped offering it. Why? 1. My goals and priority changed to recording my Online workshops. BUT also 2. Because I found that the act of creation (right brain activity) was in itself it's own level of therapy. Because I also know that if people manage their mindset/patterns/behaviours/self sabotage/inner child issues etc and regular self awareness they continue along a path of amazing growth and self discovery. You see, the sub conscious has a fabulous way of trying to steer us off track when we start something new, so I started asking people to jump into creation and 'play' rather than doing it for money/business (this creates less overwhelm). Often the act of creation helps to gather natural momentum and once that happens we; self analyse along the way using tools (goal sheets, lists, identifying limiting beliefs) to guide us in the areas that we need to further develop.
