The Touring model you see here was launched in 2013 and is a far better-looking car than its predecessors. It also have a much higher quality feel to the interior with a swooping dashboard that looks modern and feels much more high-end than in the previous models. This is a genuine, low mileage car (78k miles from new) for which I have all relative documents as well as the original manuals and service pack. The cars bodywork is clean and well presented and the interior is also very clean and tidy. The 2 litre CDTi engine is a smooth and flexible performer with 130bhp and a huge wave of torque which provides excellent in-gear acceleration. That engine is mated to a 6 speed manual gearbox which provides relaxed motorway cruising, especially when combined with the cruise control on this Exclusiv model. Even with 7 on board, the Zafira Tourer has plenty of go... These cars provide relaxed cruising but are also compact enough to feel quite nippy around town. It is also surprisingly frugal, averaging 48mpg on test. Flexible seating allows you to stow the rear 2 seats seamlessly into the boot floor in just a coupe of seconds. I find the design and folding action of the rear seats in the Zafira to be a highly user-friendly design which is light and easy to use. There is a plenty of room for all occupants, and with the rear seats folded a huge boot for all their luggage. The power steering is light and ensures that despite its size, the Zafira is an easy car to drive. Despite it's practical 7 seat interior, the Zafira is fairly compact for this type of vehicle and has excellent visibility, so it's easy to park and to place on the road. Strong ABS brakes ensure the Zafira is safe and controllable, even on slippery road surfaces. This car has been looked after by its previous keeper who used it as a large estate car.
