Today, I’m showing you how to make the best air fryer boneless wings that pair with any sauce you love. Whether you’re into Buffalo, BBQ, or something unique, this recipe gives you the perfect base for your favorite flavors. And I’m using the Typhur Dome 2, an air fryer that finally keeps up with my family’s cooking needs! With 360° heating, 15 cooking functions, and a self-cleaning mode, it’s a total game-changer. 📌 Recipe: Crispy Air Fryer Boneless Wings Ingredients: • 1¼ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces • 1 cup buttermilk • ¼ cup your favorite Buffalo sauce • 3 large eggs • 2 cups all-purpose flour • ½ cup cornstarch (for extra crispiness) • 1½ tsp kosher salt • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp black pepper • ¼ tsp baking powder • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese • ½ cup breadcrumbs (for extra crunch) • Cooking spray or vegetable oil (for air frying) • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping) 📌 Instructions: 1️⃣ Prepare the Buttermilk-Egg Mixture (Bowl 1) • In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, Buffalo sauce, and eggs until smooth. 2️⃣ Prepare the Base Flour Mixture (Bowl 2) • In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and baking powder. 3️⃣ Prepare the Crispy Coating Mixture (Bowl 3) • Take ⅓ of the flour mixture from Bowl 2 and place it into a separate bowl. • Mix in Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs—this will give the final coating extra crispiness and flavor. 4️⃣ Breading Process (For Maximum Crunch! 🔥) • Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture (Bowl 2), shaking off excess. • Then, dip it into the buttermilk-egg mixture (Bowl 1) to coat thoroughly. • Finally, coat it again in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture (Bowl 3), pressing gently to create a shaggy, crispy texture. 5️⃣ Air Fry the Chicken • Preheat the Typhur Dome 2 air fryer to 400°F. • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer (work in batches if needed). • Generously spray the chicken with cooking spray or oil. • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy and the internal temp reaches 165F. 6️⃣ Serve & Pair with Your Favorite Sauce • Serve plain or toss in your favorite wing sauce, If using a store bought wing sauce, a little hack is to heat the sauce in a sauce pan with 2 Tbsp of butter for every cup of sauce and it will make a great difference! • Enjoy with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping! 📌 💬 What’s your go-to wing sauce?
