Bleeding is the same process, except you just bleed air out of each caliper and the master cylinder and don't drain the reservoirs and run fluid through the entire system. However, if you go to bleed the system, it is best to just change all of the fluid anyway. Brake fluid is cheap, and it only takes about ten minutes.
