The scripture from Psalm 119:92 deeply resonated with her during her journey of mental health, "If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction." During this point in her journey, God began to show her how powerful His Word really is, becoming the source of healing anxiety and tormenting thoughts, teaching her to fight. She knew the words the Psalmist wrote were true in her story - that if His Word had not been her delight, she would not have made it through. Once shared in 2023 with writers Oscar Gamba and Abbie Gamboa at UPPERROOM, it became one of the most powerful song writes she had ever been a part of.
