Then add the curry leaves followed by the chopped green chillies. Give it all a nice mix and add the potatoes. -Season with salt. Then add turmeric powder & red chilli powder and mix well. -Squeeze in some lemon juice and serve hot garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
