Krožna žaga s transportnim trakom | Wippkreissäge mit Förderband | Tilting Saw discharge conveyor The New Line of Table Saws KRPAN Industrial designers were invited to join forces with our R&D department and make a practical blend of functional form, long year experience and suggestions from our customers. The basic guide line for the development has been comfortable, efficient and safe operation. The frame of the saw is made of a robust tube construction that enables increased stability, calm operation and improved weight distribution, which has a positive influence on the sawing cycle. The following models are available: • K 700 – PTO shaft driven • E 700 – with electric motor drive • EK 700 – combination of PTO shaft drive and electric motor drive With models E and EK, a 5,5 kW (7.5 HP) WEG cast iron electric motor is built in. The PTO shaft driven models have a cast iron reduction gear. There are two V-belts in the drive system. Most of the constituent parts are made at Krpan, each detail is well thought out and tested. The wheels are made of rubber, with bearings attached. The tilting table also comes with bearings and is supported by springs to facilitate the movements. The loading of the firewood onto the tilting table is simplified by the table´s form and height. The protection cover, roller extension and the wood holder with rubber handle are part of the standard equipment. Wood with max. diameter of 240 mm can be cut. The 6 mm thick sawblade with the diameter of 700 mm has 60 teeth (widia) and anti-vibration grooves. An innovative length limiter retreats after the wood has been cut, enabling the cut wood to fall down without obstructing the sawblade. The sawblade is completely protected and inaccessible with bare hands. Nevertheless, the cover can be quickly dismantled to clean the sawdust. The sawdust exhaust is directed to the ideal spot to mount a sawdust extractor fan if desired. There is an easily accessible central lubrication spot at the top of the saw. The saw is equipped with the emergency stop and brake, which significantly reduces the reaction time in the emergency situation. After the emergency stop has been activated, the sawblade will stop within 4-5 seconds. The table saws are compatible with the 5 m long retractable conveyors, with adjustable inclination.
