Attorney General Pam Bondi explained that the administration sought to dismantle the group. "It's breaking down the organization, brick by brick, just like we did with cartels, we're going to take the same approach President Trump with Antifa, destroy the entire organization from top to bottom," Bondi said. But experts speaking to Scripps News have described antifa as closer to an ideological framework than a discrete organization with a leadership structure or hierarchy.
