I'm always looking for ways to save money. Especially on aesthetics. Since window trim serves no structural purpose, and isn't exposed to any abuse other than the weather, why not save a buck... or a hundred, by re-purposing new cedar fence boards! It just takes a few minutes back in the barn at Red Moose Ranch to rip them to the size we need. BIG money savings! In this fast-paced video with all-new music, I'll go over the plusses and minuses of using fence boards, as well as use traditional 1x dimensional lumber to trim out the corners. You'll see why. I've employed this money-saving idea on several buildings, and have been thrilled with the results. Let me know what you think! Thanks for watching @LifeontheMoose ! ________________________________________________________________ PRODUCTS: Viewers ask me all the time what product I may be using in a particular video, and where one could get that product.
