Not really, there is no rosin machine here. I guess if you consider humans machines then.. maybe? Alright, I decided to show you all a quick look at the freshheadies dry sift screens in action and the rosin created from said sift. I ran some 3month old material over the screens, not expecting much yield as this particular plant/strain doesn't have the most heads to begin with. This plant does, however, have TONS of red hairs covering the entire bud. Next time I will take/show photos of the flower being processed. Anyways, a lot of pistillate hairs fell through the 110screen. I actually had a slight issue with build up on the underside of the 110screen, clogging if you will. You can see this in the video, at :51sec in, notice carding tracks on underside of 110screen. That is also why you see clumps on the 200screen. This is not what you want. Be sure when sifting not to press/ grind the product through the screen as this will create more work in the end. Who wants that, right? The idea here is to be gentle and let any mature resin heads easily break off and fall through the top screen. Instead of spending hours using the carding method to separate the heads, I decided to press some rosin. Again, using the 90u Rosinbags for a clean and efficient squish. Enjoy!
