This hot spot is a popular railfan overlook on the north end of Norfolk Southern’s DeButts Yard in Chattanooga, offering elevated views of both NS and CSX freight traffic.It sits near the intersection of Stuart Street and Sholar Avenue and is frequently recommended by local railfans as a go‑to spot for filming and photography of trains. Coffey’s Cliff is an informal railfan location, not a developed park or official viewing platform. The spot is named after Chattanooga railfan Scott Coffey and is well known in railfan communities online and on social media. Now let's get ready!!
