Update: The shortening of my wedge boots

OPEN ME! This is an update to the wedge boots I mentioned in my vlog a couple weeks back about getting my 6" wedge boots lowered / shortened. This is the first time I've ever had this done, in fact, I didn't know it was necessarily possible to have this done. I've had both pairs of boots for three years and worn them each once or twice and decided they were just too ridiculously high (I'm already 5'11 to begin with). That said, the mid-calf ones I loved so much I didn't want to return as I loved them so much, but sadly, they just sat as decor in my home. The knee-high boots were on sale when I ordered them and I got such a good deal, I didn't want to return them...but what's a good deal if you never wear something, right? Right. It's definitely a pricey procedure to have this done, but I am justifying it in I will wear these boots a lot this Fall and Winter and get a ton of use out of them. Also, I'm loving chunkier, buckle'ed up heels for this year so I won't have to purchase something new.
