Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro announced during her livestream on Friday, October 24, that the other co-perpetrators of former President Rodrigo Duterte can no longer question the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC). This follows the international tribunal’s dismissal of the challenge to jurisdiction by Digong’s camp and its confirmation that the investigation into the war on drugs campaign of the previous administration began before the Philippines withdrew from the ICC. “So the issue of whether he is unfit for trial, that would be personal… on the part of former President Duterte.
