Building a Dark/Savage Dominator(Requested Build!) || City of Heroes

I was asked to make a Dark/Savage Dominator with some specifications and here it is!!! Remember to focus on holding the mobs and then killing them while they are held. Keep an eye on your Domination. I would suggest keeping Domination on auto and watch hasten. It is up to you to decide which you would rather do but since Domination comes back faster, I would say keep that on auto. Remember that Feral Charge is stronger the further you use it. Feel free to download and use the build as you see fit.
