Beautiful Night Themed Event London | Joymain China | Big Foot Events

Big Foot Events was honoured to create "A Beautiful Night" Themed Event at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel London for Joymain China. The concept began with 2 theme ideas, Alice in Wonderland and Prince and Princesses, the end result is an amalgamation of the two, but incorporating Fairytale characters and Royal Lookalikes! The event required broad appeal as we were catering for an International audience and required sensitivity to the different customs of the guests attending. A complete venue transformation included photo opportunity areas, grand entrance-ways and floral arrangements. Entertainment included World Class Ballroom Dancers, String Quartet, Fanfare Trumpeters, Vocal Harmony Groups and Interactive Fairy Tale Meet and Greet Characters.
