SYNOPSIS: Wilderness vacation meets outer-space invasion in EXTRATERRESTRIAL (2014). A group of young people find their weekend away at a secluded cabin interrupted by alien intruders. The movie stars Brittany Allen, Freddie Stroma, Melanie Papalia, Jesse Moss, and Anja Savcic.The sci-fi-thriller also features appearances by Emily Perkins (GINGER SNAPS), Gil Bellows (THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION), and Michael Ironside (SCANNERS, STARSHIP TROOPERS). At this year’s Tribeca Film Festival, Dread Central got sat down with The Vicious Brothers themselves: Co-Writer Stuart Ortiz, and Co-Writer/Director Colin Minahan (the duo previously co-directed the two GRAVE ENCOUNTERS features) and actors Jesse Moss and Brittany Allen. The director-writers discuss the possible existence of extraterrestrials, and the challenges of bringing alien life to cinematic life. Actors Moss and Allen discuss their work, and learning the important contribution that their co-star, genre vet Ironside, made to rock ‘n’ roll history.
