Kelsi teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Ashtanga, Kid's, and Pre-natal yoga. Kelsi has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for more than 5 years. She began her yoga practice after completing her collegiate athletic career and two knee operations. Yoga helped her maintain joint health and keep a fitness regime, which soon developed into a lifestyle. Kelsi went to Rishikesh, India for her first teacher training. She appreciated the authentic yoga experience and training that she received and has gone back to India for her advanced TTC and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. Due to her training, it is her desire that her students will be able to experience the authentic yoga practice through asana, mantra and meditation practice in each of her classes.
