Heat ghee in a pan, add diced onion, and sauté until it turns golden brown. Add a few curry leaves, saute for a few seconds. Add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, and saute until the raw smell goes. Rinse well and add crab pieces, salt, mix well and cover, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, Roast all ingredients above 'To grind' except tamarind with 1 tbsp. ghee (Or without ghee). Once it cools, add to the mixer jar along with tamarind, a little water, and grind to a smooth paste. Now add ground masala with a little masala water. Mix well and cook on medium flame until the masala is cooked through and the masala should be a dark brownish red color. Let the extra moisture dry completely. Add garam masala, mix well, and simmer another 1-2 minutes on low flame, and it's done. Video Recipe link 🔗
