A SURPRISING DEBUT AT ARENDONK | Learning the Glosso Circuit | 2025 RX season

Follow me:   / jvdrx     / jvd_rx   For the first time me and the VW Polo headed to the Glosso Circuit Arendonk. This was for the fifth round of the Dutch Rallycross Championship ( NK Rallycross ) and also counting as the sixth round for the Belgian RX Championship. We won the previous two rounds at the Eurocircuit Valkenswaard, but the Glosso Circuit was completely new for me. So in a disadvantage to most other drivers who have raced there the last few seasons already (in Belgian national or club series). So the goal was to score the best result without loosing ground to much. Although all previous new tracks with the Polo resulted in a podium (Eurocircuit, Estering, Duivelsberg), so I know I can be strong at a new track. During practice (3x 4 laps) I already got quite a good feeling. We haven't done anything on the set-up since last year at the Duivelsbergcircuit, except for tyres (brand, strategy and pressures).
