Multi Agent Systems with OutSystems - The Orchestration Pattern

Hi everyone! This is my second video of a series about OutSystems and GenAI. Today I talk about Multi Agent Systems, more specifically, about the Orchestrator design pattern (or the Supervisor pattern). I start explaining what an AI Agent is and how to use OutSystems AI Agent Builder to setup the agents we want to use in our apps. After, I deep-dive into the concept of Multi Agent Systems, explaining more in detail one of the mostly used patterns, the Orchestrator, also known as Supervisor or Hierarchical. Finally I show a real scenario OutSystems use case of a Ticket Management System, that uses the concept of Multi Agent System, to allow different agents to, in collaboration, process the ticket.
