For the 2021 return of the V8 Supercars back to Tasmania, we decided to give the "Park N View" entry a go. This is where you can drive your car up to the edge of the race track, along the back straight and hairpin section of the Symmons Plains race track. You get the comfort of lazing in the back of your car while watching all the action. Here is what it was like for us, as first timers bringing our car in to watch the V8 action. --------------------------------------------------------- On our 2017 Overland Track attempt, after incurring an injury, we were rescued by the Tasmanian Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
