These themes provide a powerful lens through which we explore human experiences, empathy, and dignity. at MedCinema, we believe that being a good doctor goes beyond simply recognizing diseases—it involves understanding the person behind the illness and the ripple effect it has on loved ones and the wider community. Our goal is to highlight the humane aspect of medicine, inspiring medical professionals to view the impact of disease with compassion and sensitivity through artistic portrayals in film. each month, MedCinema organizes screenings of films that explore medically related themes. These screenings are preceded by a preamble, followed by a brief critique and an engaging Q&A session.
