In this video, I am sharing my first cabin crew interview experience, where I got selected in the first attempt. This video is specially made for aspirants who want to understand the complete interview process clearly and honestly. 1. First Round – Group Discussion (GD) The interview started with a group discussion round. There were 10 candidates in one group, and only 2 to 3 candidates were selected from each group. This round mainly checked communication skills, confidence, clarity of thoughts, and how well we express our opinions in a group. 2. Second & Third Round – Communication and Medical The second round was a communication round, conducted through a laptop. We had to speak with a reviewer who checked our grammar, tenses, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and overall speaking skills. The third round was the medical assessment, where they checked height, weight, eyesight, color blindness, scars, and overall fitness, along with other basic medical requirements. 3. Final Round – One-on-One Interview The last round was a personal interview. It was a face-to-face conversation where the interviewer focused on confidence, communication style, vocabulary, grammar, body language, and way of answering questions. This round played a very important role in the final selection. This video will help you understand what really happens in a cabin crew interview, what skills are tested, and how you can prepare yourself better.
