Sketchbook Watercolor Painting in Hawaii | Painting Architecture

In a recent stay in Hawaii, I painted in watercolor everyday in my sketchbook as an exercise in painting small. Sometimes I painted from life and other times I painted from photos from a my travels. On this day I was inspired to create a painting that incorporates architecture, the small blue island house. Total painting time was just over one hour but I've condensed the video to 30 minutes and I'm showing you how quickly I paint in real time. Video is not sped up.
