As it turns out, you can find the original Kalina Ann in chapter ten of #DMC5. It's tucked away in the bottom left corner of the arena and rather hard to see if you aren't looking for it. It took several tries of going through this stage to find it, in fact. I only found it thanks to my husband telling me the general area he found it in.
