Less is More, the design philosophy in this Motor House film originally produced for the Porsche Club of America, where it reached over 130,000 viewers before its public release. for the Porsche Club of America, exploring two distinct crafts united by a single subject. The film follows renowned coachbuilder Rob Ida as he reimagines a Porsche 930, revealing the design philosophy and meticulous build process behind the car. In parallel, Panorama Magazine photographer Michael Alan Ross offers an intimate look at how he approaches photographing the finished machine, translating form, detail, and intent through his lens. Narrated by Rob Ida, the film is a study of craftsmanship—both built and captured. Rob is a true Automotive Artist and Craftsmen. The amount of detail he puts into builds is impressive. This Porsche has custom body panels with the focus on restyling the nose and rear bumpers losing the 1980's government safety standards look. The car has been lowered, and the motor now has 500 horsepower. The massive tire and wheel combination consist of Pirelli P7 Corsa Classic semi-slick tires and custom-made (by Braid) Fuchs-style wheels. Creating an aggressive stance and updated look.
