故事大綱 / Synopsis 《哈卡巴里斯》是一部關於「回家」的紀錄片，紀錄泰雅族現代原住民追本溯源回到山林裡尋根的路程。 泰雅族裡的「哈卡巴里斯」部落在被國民政府要求遷徙至平地之後，過去的部落名「哈卡巴里斯」及部落文化也不復存在，面對耆老相繼離去，沒有文字紀錄的現代泰雅也面臨許多部落文化智慧的失去。為了讓後代了解他們的泰雅文化智慧，曾經受過正式頭目洗禮的哈勇桑 (HAYON san)踏著高齡86歲的步伐，透過七天的徒步旅程，帶著後代泰雅翻山越嶺的走回曾經屬於他們的家鄉 — 祖靈之地「哈卡巴里斯」。 對於高齡86歲的哈勇桑來說，這一趟可能是人生最後一次的返家之路，有多少歷史故事、泰雅傳統gaga精神、現代人所遺忘的大自然山林智慧想要傳達給後代子孫？這趟旅程又提醒了非原住民多少反省現代文化的盲點？ 《HAGA-PARIS》is a documentary about “returning home,” recording a root-tracing journey of modern Tayal walking back to the homeland. Under the request by the government, HAGA-PARIS, one of the Tayal tribe, moved to the level ground, where the tribe name and culture doesn’t stand for much meaning. As a tribe with no literacy, HAGA-PARIS is facing a challenge of losing its culture with more senior tribesmen passing away. HAYON san, the senior who has received formal chief baptism, chose to lead the young Tayal to walk 7 days all the way back to their homeland at the age of 86, in order to teach the young generation the traditional Tayal wisdom. This could be Hayon’s last time returning home. How many of those historical stories, traditional gaga spirit as well as those precious forest wisdom that being forgotten by the modern people are necessary to be passed to the young generation? How does this trip also reminds those non-native people of the blindside in the modern culture？
