Welcome to Warplane Channel! The US Air Force's Secret Squadron Of Soviet Fighter Jets!! The existence of the Red Eagles and the Constant Peg program was shrouded in mystery. As a result, the precise numbers and facts regarding the actual number of aircraft and the program's overall history remain classified. It is known, however, that obtaining a foreign-made aircraft for the squadron was not an easy task. To complete the force, Soviet fighters were collected one by one from around the world, and after capturing two mig-17Fs and a mig-21 from Syrian and Iraqi forces, Israel loaned the Red Eagles their first-ever Soviet jets.
